The overarching goal of Gail's work with clients is the development of a more meaningful, functional, and satisfying life, according to each person's needs. Sessions focus on building trust and safety through non-judgment, humor, respect, and active collaboration. She works with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, ADHD, grief and loss, end of life issues, as well as spiritual questioning and religious trauma. Gail also has experience in couples' and pre-marital counseling. She utilizes a person-centered, therapeutic approach, which may include CBT, existentialism, and motivational interviewing, specifically tailored for each client's needs. Gail holds a Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota. In addition, she holds a Master of Divinity degree.
