At Minerva we are committed to providing high quality, evidence-based care to our clients. We provide a space that allows clients to learn different ways of coping with various mental health difficulties. In addition, we work to help clients understand patterns and connect them to their current life circumstances and ways they may want to change. We provide therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorder, substance abuse and eating disorders. We provide therapy to clients over the age of 18 and welcome individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
