Payment Policy
"Past Due" Payment Policy
If clients do not make payments within 60 days, their account balance is considered “past due.” If this occurs, Providers or billing staff will ask clients to set up payment plans. If account balances continue to be past due for 90 days or longer, a fee of $50.00 will be applied to the account. If account balances remains unpaid after 120 days, accounts will be passed to a collection agency.
