- Provide diagnostic clarity to aid in treatment planning.
In essence to help find the needle in the haystack to improve healing. Our goal beyond diagnosis is to understand how an individuals brain works in order to capitalize on strengths and weaknesses.
Below you will find a basic overview of the testing process:
Initial Interview
You’ll start with a one-on-one session with one of our talented clinicians.
- This appointment allows us to get a full background and understand your current concerns. This appointment also allows us to establish medical necessity for purposing of billing insurance.
- We will orient you to the testing process
- Schedule an in-person testing appointment within the next week or 2 after this initial interview
Testing Session
Your in-office testing session typically lasts 2–3 hours.
- Includes memory, attention, thinking style, and problem-solving tasks
- Helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and symptom patterns
- Most clients complete testing in one visit, but we can schedule more if needed
Results and Feedback
After we review your test results, we’ll meet again for a feedback session.
- We’ll explain your results and any diagnoses
- You’ll get a personalized written report
- With your permission, we can share it with your care team for better follow-up
